Anxiety Symptoms Test - Do You Suspect You Need To Take One?

Could you identify a panic attack if you had to? I know first hand it’s one of the most frightening things to happen and it didn’t even happen to me! I happened to be in a car with my wife driving while she had a panic attack.
I can honestly say I was scared for our lives. I’m mid forties and I’ve never seen anything like the thing that my wife was in the grip of. “In the grip of” is about the right description. It was like invisible hands were trying to crush her.
I reckon millions of people don’t even realise they are having a panic attack, but they are. There are different levels of anxiety attacks but it still boils down to a panic attack. It’s not all doom and gloom as they can be easily conquered no matter how bad.
We saw a handful of doctors who all had a similar viewpoint. They’d say its all in her head. They’d say there’s nothing to fear. Trained doctors or not, I’ve seen these first hand and there is something to fear if you can’t quickly stop them.
It may well be all in your head but if you are the victim of an attack you will know about it. Trust me on that. A few symptoms to keep an eye out for are underneath. If you recognize one or two then you could be at risk. If you see something you recognize in this list then act before you get a potentially deadly panic attack.
Just a handful of the symptoms…
Do you feel the need to constantly fiddle with something Fiddling with something or constant fidgeting can be a sign of an impending panic attack.
Are you often feeling irritated for what seems no reason You may be heading for trouble if you are feeling irritated al the time.
Do you worry a lot If you seem to worry more than others about the things around you, like family, work, school etc then you may be leading up to being a victim of anxiety attacks.
Have you had a racing heart or shallow breath This is one of the biggest indicators. If you have either then you should seek further help quickly as you may be a sufferer whether you realise or not.
